This is an initial general notice. The legal identity and address of the data controller, service providers and product-specific details will be completed before publication.
Scope and contact
This general notice describes the XN1Lab website and communications with XN1Lab. The product pages provide a place for additional information about each application. Website information alone does not describe everything an application may process.
XN1Lab is the brand presented here. The controller’s full legal identity and postal address will be added to the final notice. For privacy enquiries, contact global@xn1lab.com.
Information and purposes
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, contact details and message. We use it to understand and respond to your request and continue the relevant conversation.
Once the website is hosted online, its hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP address, time, requested page and browser information, to deliver the site and investigate technical issues. The actual logging configuration will be documented before publication.
Application accounts, uploaded content, usage records or other product data are not yet described by this draft. Each product notice must identify the data its released version actually processes.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, responding to a request to enter a contract may rely on Article 6(1)(b). Other ordinary business correspondence may rely on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries under Article 6(1)(f), after considering your rights and interests.
Processing required by law relies on Article 6(1)(c). Where consent is required and obtained, Article 6(1)(a) applies. The final notice will connect each actual processing activity, including external services, to its applicable legal basis.
Cookies, fonts and external links
The current website prototype has no analytics script and its own scripts do not store cookies or browser-storage entries. This statement concerns the website code and does not describe every external service or future hosting configuration.
The website currently loads fonts from Google Fonts. This creates connections from your browser to Google’s font servers and transmits your IP address and request information so the fonts can be delivered.
Email, WhatsApp and product links open another application or website when you follow them. The relevant provider’s privacy information and terms apply to its own service.
The Power BI sample report is embedded only after you select Load interactive demo. Your browser then connects to Microsoft, which receives your IP address and technical request information to display the report. Microsoft’s privacy information applies to that service.
Service providers and transfers
Depending on the service used, website hosting and communication providers may process information to deliver pages or messages. Google receives the font requests described above; Microsoft receives report requests if you load the Power BI demo.
The final notice will identify the relevant providers, their roles and processing locations. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area requires an applicable legal mechanism; the mechanism and how to obtain information about it will be specified where such transfers occur.
Retention
Retention is determined by the purpose of the information, whether an enquiry or business relationship is ongoing, any legal record-keeping duty and the need to establish or defend legal claims. Technical log retention depends on the hosting configuration. Product-specific periods and deletion arrangements will be added after these details are confirmed.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies and its conditions are met, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy of your data. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.
If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may complain to a competent data protection authority, including in the country where you normally live or work.
Send requests to global@xn1lab.com and identify the product concerned. We may need information sufficient to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.
Changes to this notice
This notice will be updated as website services and product details are confirmed or changed. The date at the top identifies the current version.
